Mindresunde Camping is idyllically situated by Lake Strynevatnet, just 10 km from the centre of Stryn. The campsite offers beautiful views of the lake, surrounded by mountains, waterfalls and spectacular nature.

There are 10 cabins, ranging from simple camping cabins to more comfortable options, as well as space for around 50 camping units. The campsite has 32 pitches with electricity, as well as a separate area for tents.

The campsite has a modern service building with showers and toilets, family facilities, a kitchen and laundry facilities. There is also a small kiosk, free Wi-Fi and a disposal point for chemical toilets.

There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities at Mindresunde. Boats, canoes, motorboats and pedal boats are available for rent, and Lake Strynevatnet is suitable for fishing and swimming. The campsite also has a playground, trampoline and a barbecue shelter by the lake.

Marked hiking trails lead from the campsite into the surrounding landscape, including routes to mountain peaks. Stryn town centre is just a short drive away, with shops, cafés, restaurants, a swimming pool and other services.

Mindresunde Camping is also a great base for exploring Nordfjord and the surrounding areas. Nearby attractions include Loen Skylift, Via Ferrata Loen, Briksdal Glacier, Jostedalsbreen National Park Centre and Hydlaparken, while Geiranger can be reached by taking the scenic mountain route from Stryn.
